   Pull up to the main entrance on Campground Road. Chris will meet you at the gate. No check-in desk, no paperwork — just a handshake and a golf cart.

   Chris drives you to each available lot that matches your interests — lakefront, wooded, or standard. You'll walk the lot lines and see exactly what you'd be buying.

3. 3. Full Amenities Walkthrough

   Three pools, five fishing lakes, tennis courts, mini golf, recreation hall, and more. Chris shows you everything included in your annual dues — no per-use fees, ever.

4. 4. Q&A & Membership Details

   Chris walks you through dues, rules, the POA structure, and the purchase process. Bring your questions — nothing is off limits.

5. 5. Financing & Next Steps

   If you're interested, Chris can walk you through financing options on the spot. There's no obligation to decide that day — take your time.

6. What to Bring

   A valid state-issued photo ID is required to enter the property. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a partner or family member if you'd like.
