Annual dues cover full access to all amenities: 3 pools, 5 lakes, golf course, putt-putt, tennis courts, Rec Center with free equipment rentals, playgrounds, and all community events — plus electric is included. Water is available as an optional add-on for $150/year. The campground is open all year, and members may use up to 210 nights per year at their choosing.
