Annual Dues & Utility Information

Annual dues: $1,608.00 for 2025 (due November 1st) – subject to change. Dues include electric and full access to amenities. Water services: Provided by PO River Water and Sewer Company (540-582-2184) and billed separately. Payment plans available for annual dues.

Membership & Purchase Process

A membership profile/application is required for all deed holders (up to 6 names per deed). Approval process takes up to 7 days – fee: $30 per person. Complete membership approval before purchasing to ensure eligibility.
