Before You Arrive
No preparation is required. You don't need to fill out any paperwork, pay any fees, or bring any documents. Just confirm your appointment time and show up at the main gate. Chris will meet you there.
If you have specific interests — a particular glen, a lot near the water, a certain size — let Chris know in advance. He'll plan the tour around what matters most to you.
The Tour Itself (About 1.5–2 Hours)
Chris will start by giving you an overview of the property — the history, the layout, the different glens, and how the community works. Then he'll take you to see available lots in person.
